The total cost of the ticket consists of its face value and the service fee – sales commission. The face value of the ticket is defined by the event promoter. The service fee – sales commission, corresponds to the costs of the ticket sales service (transaction fee per order) that MEO Blueticket provides 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
